What’s our online return policy?
For online orders in UAE, we only accept items in their original condition with original tags intact for a full refund or you can return your online purchases to any of our stores.
You have 14 days from when you receive your order to place your return request and send back your return. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase, and are processed as below:
- For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be to a gift card valid for 6 months.
- If your purchase was a gift, we offer an exchange or refund to a gift voucher, same applies to purchases made on gift cards.
- For Card Payments please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
- You can choose to return your items for a credit note/gift voucher.
- For our customers that use POST PAY for purchase, your items are eligible for return but not exchange.
What’s our in-store return policy?
For in-store purchases, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 days to bring it back to our store. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
How do I return an order from outside UAE?
You heard right; we offer free returns! We cover all shipping charges for returns and exchanges for all our global LC girls
To return items from outside the UAE follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
- Select the items you want to exchange or return.
- We will send you a DHL return label
- Print and attach the return label on the mailer/shipping bag.
- We will schedule a pick-up with DHL from the delivery address.
Ensure to have your return 14 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your shipment. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached. After the 14 days window has expired and your items are ineligible for return, they will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
What does a product marked “Final Sale” mean?
Final sales means this item cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange. If an item is marked “Final sale,” you will see it on the individual product page under the product description.
Can I return Final Sale items?
Final Sale items CANNOT be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Service before placing your order.
Can I exchange an item from my order?
You can and it’s free! If you want to swap an item for a new size or color, all you need to do can create an exchange.
Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Make sure to send back your return within 14 days. Please only send returns using our designated courier so that we can track your items. We cannot refund/exchange a lost return that was sent using a method other than the specified courier.
How do I create an exchange?
To create an exchange:
- Click on our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page and input your email and order number (starts with a # )
- Mark the item you would like to return and select the item you would like in exchange.
- Choose a new size or color and click Next Step.
- Confirm your return and click Process Exchange
- We will arrange to have the courier pick-up the items from the delivery address.
For our UAE based Community, please allow 2-3 days for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all tracking information.
For our Global Community, please allow 4-5 days for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll keep in touch with all tracking information.
How will I know if my exchange or return has been processed?
We promise to update you every step of the way. You will receive email notifications on your refund/exchange process.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org, be sure to include your order number and share a pic of the item in question.
Allow 48hrs and we promise one of our representatives will reply and follow up.
